This
new facility in Anchorage was begun by an experienced hair designer
who wanted to expand her business to include a day spa, and to
use the organic products of an environmentally conscious company
(AVEDA). I gave the site a new look in 2007.
This
web site promotes both the artwork and massage-therapy services
of Ilse Witterland. It's the first site I built that includes Flash
animation on the home page. I used illustrations created by Ilse,
including the birds shown to the right, and applied motion to the
navigation links, and continuous soft "pulsing" of colors
that radiate from the center.
